July 3^rd, 2023, Guangzhou, Creative Biosciences (CreativeBio) held a successful topping out ceremony for its new headquarter located on Phoenix Fifth Road in Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City, which covers 51,347.99 m2 laying out perfect base station for its IVD reagent R&D, testing service and production. The capping ceremony invited representatives from participating parties and relevant delegates to witness this exciting and high-profile moment.

CreativeBio has been dedicated in development, production, sales, automation equipment, and providing corresponding testing services of Colosafe^® and other early detection kits for various cancers. Colosafe^® is stool DNA test for early detection of colorectal cancer. In the past eight years, CreativeBio has been recognized by the healthcare providers and clients for its continuous innovation and excellence.

Mr. Meng Xiangqian, Director of Guangzhou Wangtat Project Management and Consulting Group, stated, “Under the joint efforts of the construction and other participating units, CreativeBio project has overcome various technical problems and completed the capping of Tower A and Tower B to guarantee quality and safety. Today, the capping of the main tower is a milestone. I sincerely thank the leaders of the construction units for their full support, the construction unit for their careful organization, the supervision unit for the joint efforts. In the follow-up process of decoration and installation, our supervision team will continue to work in full energy to provide strict supervision work protocols and strive to fulfill the supervision contract, planning and various tasks assigned by the construction unit. We will implement strict QC during the process to safeguard quality and safety of the construction. I believe that with the joint efforts of leaders and construction units at all levels, and our supervision units, the project will be perfectly presented in front of everyone in the near future.”
